  Sigiriya 💚 Sigiriya is an ancient rock fortress in Sri Lanka.It is also called Lion Rock.King Kashyapa I built Sigiriya in the 5th century.Sigiriya is famous for its beautiful frescoes. There are large lion paws at the entrance.The top of the rock has ruins of a royal palace.Sigiriya is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.Many tourists visit Sigiriya every year.
